The Site Engineer will be the key technical point of contact on-site responsible for the daily management supervision and technical assurance of construction work The role involves translating design specifications and drawings into in office execution while ensuring strict adherence to quality standards safety regulations and project schedules relevant to the Coimbatore construction environment Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities including civil structural and finishing works from foundation to handover Act as the main technical adviser for subcontractors foremen and operatives on-site Set out level and survey the site to establish reference points and ensure accurate positioning of structures and services according to technical drawings Plan organize and monitor daily work schedules to meet agreed-upon deadlines and milestones Check plans drawings and quantities for accuracy and ensure the latest approved revisions are being used Ensure all materials used and work performed are in strict accordance with the specifications and quality standards Conduct frequent quality control inspections and material testing e g concrete strength steel masonry as per project and local standards Maintain comprehensive project documentation including site diaries inspection requests quality records and progress reports Education Experience Bachelor s Degree B E B Tech in Civil Engineering is preferred or a Diploma in Civil Engineering Minimum 2-5 years of hands-on experience as a Site Engineer or similar role in construction projects Residential Commercial or Infrastructure in the Coimbatore region is a plus Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 18 000 00 - 27 000 00 per month Location Vadavalli Coimbatore Tamil Nadu Required Shift availability Day Shift Required Willingness to travel 75 Preferred Work Location In person
