Company Overview FSS support various Deluxe Media Business Units in completing Billing Readiness activities Position Overview BillingAssociate Role requires a person with good knowledge in the Billing process especially in Invoice Processing billing support Independently working on multiple billing systems and knowledge in SAP would be an added advantage Primary Responsibilities Complete the work assigned and ensure daily deadlines are met for all work flows Ensure all completed PO WOs are submitted for invoicing If any issues then needs to be addressed to respective team on priority Ensure to followup on queries until and unless they are resolved Customer Engagement- Be the primary point of contact and build long term relationships with customers both externally and internally Updating of relevent billing trackers to know the current status of the PO WOs recevied Analysing updating of reports on a timely manner with accuracy Identifying the areas of improvement in the process or change and escalating the same to supervisors in a timely manner Ensure to update SOPs on regular basis Ensuring 100 on-time error free delivery for all clients Qualifications Education a B Com and above b Experience0-2 years of experience in billing Experience in entertainment Media industry would be an added advantage c Skills Personal Attributes Transparent precise communication skills Should have Eye for detail skill to attain error free work Logical thinking and should be able to see the big picture of the process Quick learner should be flexible to work under changing environment Should be good at Multi tasking and work collaboratively with other teams to resolve the project related issues Proficient in MS Office and PowerPoint Understanding of accounting and finance principles Ability to work well in high pressure situations in order to meet deadlines High energy high ownership of work product and dedication and commitment to driving results Should be felixible with any shift timings He she needs to be able to work autonomously Reporting Relationship Position will be reporting to TL Job Type Full-time Pay 200 000 00 - 500 000 00 per year Application Question s total years of experience Current CTC Expected CTC Notice Period Have you worked on Billing Work Location In person
