Brief Description The Industrial Automation Trainer is responsible for delivering skill-based training programs on automation technologies used in manufacturing industries The role involves training students operators and engineers on programmable logic controllers PLCs sensors actuators human-machine interfaces HMI SCADA systems robotics pneumatics and Industry 4 0 technologies The trainer ensures learners gain hands-on skills aligned with industrial standards and safety practices Key Responsibilities Deliver theoretical and practical sessions on automation systems including PLCs drives sensors and control systems Demonstrate integration of hardware and software in an industrial automation setup Guide learners in programming and troubleshooting PLCs Siemens Allen Bradley Mitsubishi Delta etc Provide training on SCADA HMI configuration and industrial networking Ethernet IP Modbus Profibus Conduct safety training related to electrical systems control circuits and robotics Assess learners performance and maintain training records Support installation and maintenance of training setups such as simulation rigs robotic arms or mini production lines Stay updated with latest Industry 4 0 trends including IIoT smart sensors and data analytics Coordinate with industry experts to align curriculum with current automation practices Job Type Full time Pay 10 758 35 - 38 145 47 per month Work Location In person
