Description We are seeking a skilled Solution Architect to lead solution design ensure architectural integrity and guide engineering teams across the full delivery lifecycle This role requires strong technical expertise in NET React cloud-native architectures and effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders The Solution Architect will drive architecture governance best practices reviews documentation and continuous modernization Responsibilities Lead solution design with engineering product QA and cross-functional teams Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and reusable components Present and secure approvals for architectural proposals Enable collaboration across backend frontend DevOps data and integration teams Conduct code reviews for NET React and related components including MongoDB Review performance testing strategies for scalability and reliability Validate release plans for technical readiness Define and maintain engineering best practices Identify outdated technologies and recommend modern alternatives Compare and evaluate frameworks and solutions based on business technical needs Define upgrade paths for libraries infrastructure and integrations Prepare and present change requests to CAB for approvals Ensure architecture and solutions meet SOX and regulatory requirements Maintain accurate and updated architecture diagrams component docs data flows and decision records Requirements 13 years of software engineering experience including 4-5 years as a Solution Architect Strong proficiency in NET Core C React API design MongoDB SQL Expertise in cloud architecture GCP Azure AWS microservices messaging CI CD and DevOps Experience with code quality and performance testing tools Robust communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities Hands-on experience with architecture documentation tools
