Senior Academic Counselor We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Academic Counselor to guide students in selecting suitable courses and support them throughout the admission process The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills proven experience in student counseling and the ability to achieve admission targets Key Responsibilities Counsel students and parents regarding educational programs career pathways and course options Handle walk-in inquiries tele-counseling and follow-ups through calls WhatsApp emails Understand student needs and recommend appropriate programs Convert inquiries into admissions by providing accurate information and effective counseling Maintain lead records admission reports and follow-up status in CRM Excel Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets Coordinate with marketing and academic teams to improve lead flow and conversions Participate in events seminars workshops and education fairs to promote programs Train and support junior counselors and contribute to branch performance Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents Requirements Bachelor s degree 1 - 3 years of experience in Academic Admission Career Counseling Robust communication convincing and interpersonal skills Ability to manage pressure and meet targets consistently Proficiency in MS Office CRM follow-up management Positive attitude professional approach and leadership skills Skills Student Counseling Relationship Management Lead Conversion Target Achievement Problem Solving Decision Making Presentation Communication Skills Contact (phone hidden) Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Experience Academic counseling 1 year Required Work Location In person
