Job Title Head - Interior Design Architectural DesignJob Overview We are looking for a Design Head with strong expertise in Interior Architectural Design who can lead the entire design department guide multiple project teams and ensure design excellence from concept to execution The ideal candidate must be capable of managing designers finalizing concepts coordinating with clients and site teams and stepping in with hands-on design work when required Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the interior architectural design team Develop and finalize design concepts presentations and execution strategies Review and approve working drawings 3D renders and BOQs Coordinate with clients vendors site engineers and management for project alignment Conduct regular design reviews and provide feedback training to the team Ensure timely delivery of design packages across multiple projects Stay updated with market trends materials and technologies and implement innovation in designs Handle resource planning workload allocation and performance evaluation Required Skills Software Knowledge Proficiency in AutoCAD SketchUp 3ds Max V-Ray Lumion Photoshop MS Excel Add Revit Illustrator other tools if applicable Solid leadership communication and decision-making abilities Excellent understanding of site execution materials modular and civil work Ability to balance creativity with practicality and cost-efficiency Qualifications Degree in Architecture Interior Design B Arch B Des Diploma Minimum 3-7 years of experience with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
