Job Title Influencer PR Marketing Manager - RUMI Fine Fragrances Location Bangalore On-site Type Full-time About RUMI - Fine Fragrances RUMI was created with a bold vision to build the first global luxury fragrance brand from India crafted with world-class excellence and infused with the soul of Indian perfumery We re now assembling the founding team that will help turn that vision into reality We re not looking for people who want just a job We re looking for people driven by passion taste creativity and the hunger to build something iconic from scratch If you need work-life balance or don t feel excited to come to work every day this won t be the right fit If you want to be part of a team that inspires each other and has a lot of fun on the journey welcome home Role Influencer PR Marketing Manager What You ll Own You will shape how the world sees hears and feels RUMI From influencer partnerships to UGC pipelines to PR storytelling you ll build the brand s cultural presence across social media and beyond Key Responsibilities Identify negotiate and manage partnerships with creators influencers and tastemakers across beauty lifestyle luxury and fragrance Build a consistent pipeline of high-quality UGC briefs scripts content calendars and creative direction Manage the complete influencer funnel outreach onboarding content review performance tracking and post-campaign analysis Develop and execute PR strategies to position RUMI as a global Indian luxury brand Build and nurture relationships with media editors journalists and relevant publication houses Work closely with the founder and creative team to ensure the brand voice and aesthetic are consistent Plan execute and manage social media content that authentically represents the brand s spirit aspirational contemporary sensory and rooted in Indian artistry Track metrics across social influencer and PR campaigns optimise based on learnings Stay on top of beauty luxury trends content formats competitor movements and cultural moments Support launch campaigns events gifting initiatives and collaborations What Makes You a Great Fit 4-5 years of experience in influencer marketing PR or social media for a D2C beauty fashion or lifestyle brand Strong network of creators agencies and media contacts a big plus Deep understanding of content storytelling trends and what makes a brand culturally relevant Taste-driven you know what looks premium what feels authentic and what resonates Excellent communication and relationship management skills High ownership mindset comfortable with fast-paced startup-style execution Passion for fragrances beauty or luxury branding is a bonus and will definitely help What You ll Get The chance to craft the cultural voice of a global Indian luxury brand from day zero Freedom to create experiment and lead with creativity A high-energy collaborative team that pushes each other to be their best Massive room for personal and professional growth
