We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to join our data and analytics team The role involves working with large-scale datasets designing efficient data pipelines and building insightful dashboards to support data-driven decision-making across the organization Key Responsibilities Design build and maintain ETL ELT pipelines using modern data engineering tools and frameworks Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover patterns trends and actionable insights Develop and manage retail KPI dashboards using Apache Superset Metabase Looker Tableau or Power BI Partner with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver custom analytics solutions and data products Work with batch and streaming data pipelines using Kafka Spark or similar technologies Optimize pipelines for scalability performance and reliability Preferably able to work with apache stack of DW DL solutions such as Apache Iceberg Hudi Strong proficiency in Python Databricks Snowflake and SQL Implement data modeling and warehouse architectures to support analytics workflows Leverage cloud platforms AWS Azure GCP and their data services Write clean modular well-documented code and collaborate using Git and CI CD workflows Required Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science IT Data Science Statistics Mathematics or related fields 3 years of hands-on experience in Data Engineering Soft Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset High attention to detail and ability to work independently Ownership-driven proactive and capable of delivering results in fast-paced environments Job Types Full time Permanent Work Location In person
