We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie CDP specializing in Continental cuisine to join our dynamic kitchen team The ideal candidate will be responsible for running a specific section of the kitchen efficiently ensuring high standards of food preparation presentation and consistency in every dish Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook high-quality Continental dishes in line with the menu and standards set by the Head Chef Manage a designated section of the kitchen e g grill sauce pastry etc and ensure all mise-en-place is prepared Maintain consistency in taste quality and presentation of all dishes Monitor food stock and communicate requirements to the Sous Chef Ensure all kitchen equipment and tools are used safely and maintained properly Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in your section at all times Assist in the development of new dishes and seasonal menus Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations HACCP Train and supervise commis chefs and junior staff within your section Ensure timely service and smooth communication with the service team Requirements Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a CDP or Demi CDP preferably in a continental kitchen Culinary diploma or relevant qualified certification Strong knowledge of Continental cuisine Italian French Mediterranean etc Good understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Team player with strong communication and organizational skills Attention to detail and a passion for cooking Preferred Qualifications Experience in hotels fine dining or high-end restaurants Food safety certification Basic computer skills for stock and recipe management if applicable Working Conditions Must be able to work long hours including nights weekends and holidays Physically demanding role must be able to stand for long periods and lift weights Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Commuter assistance Food provided Leave encashment Paid sick time Provident Fund Work Location In person
