We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator and Programmer to join our manufacturing team The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up operating and programming computer numerical control CNC machines to produce high-quality precision parts This role requires a thorough understanding of CNC programming machine operation and a commitment to producing accurate and efficiently manufactured components Responsibilities CNC Programming Develop and optimize CNC programs using CAM software based on engineering drawings and specifications Analyze blueprints technical drawings and CAD CAM files to determine the most efficient machining processes Machine Setup and Operation Set up CNC machines including loading raw materials securing workpieces and configuring tooling Operate CNC machinery to produce parts within specified tolerances and quality standards Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal production Quality Control Conduct thorough inspections of finished products to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards Troubleshoot and rectify any issues related to tooling machine performance or program errors Tool Maintenance Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and tools to ensure they remain in positive working condition Replace or sharpen cutting tools as needed to maintain machining accuracy and efficiency Documentation Maintain accurate records of machining processes adjustments made and quality control measures taken Document any issues or deviations from the production plan and communicate them to the appropriate personnel Collaboration Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes and improve efficiency Provide feedback on design feasibility and suggest improvements to enhance manufacturability Safety and Compliance Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment Stay informed about industry regulations and best practices related to CNC machining Requirements Proven experience as a CNC Operator and Programmer in a manufacturing environment Proficiency in CNC programming using CAM software e g Mastercam SolidWorks Strong knowledge of machining processes tooling and materials Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications Detail-oriented with a focus on precision and quality Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities Understanding of safety protocols and compliance with industry standards Education and Certifications High school diploma or equivalent additional technical certifications or coursework in CNC machining is a plus Join our team and be a key contributor to our commitment to delivering high-quality precision components through advanced CNC machining processes Job Type - Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Experience total work 3 years Preferred Work Location In person
