Location Hadapsar Pune Job Responsibilities Plan schedule and monitor production activities to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders Coordinate with Production Purchase Stores and Quality departments for smooth material and process flow Prepare and maintain daily weekly and monthly production plans based on sales forecasts and customer requirements Analyze capacity machine load and manpower availability for effective resource utilization Monitor WIP Work In Progress and take corrective actions to avoid delays Follow up with vendors and suppliers for timely availability of raw materials and outsourced components Control inventory levels while ensuring uninterrupted production Generate MIS reports related to production planning material flow and delivery status Implement and maintain SAP ERP-based PPC systems if applicable Support continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Kaizen and TPM in production planning Key Skills Competencies Robust knowledge of PPC processes in manufacturing preferably automotive engineering industry Hands-on experience in SAP ERP systems Good understanding of CNC VMC Stamping Assembly shop processes Excellent coordination and follow-up skills Analytical and problem-solving ability Proficiency in MS Excel PowerPoint and reporting tools Strong communication and team management skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
