Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Architect to lead the design and development of complex architectural projects from concept through completion The ideal candidate will have strong creative technical and leadership skills with a proven ability to deliver innovative solutions that meet client expectations regulatory standards and project requirements Key Responsibilities Lead architectural design for large-scale residential commercial or institutional projects Develop concepts detailed drawings 3D models and architectural presentations Review and approve project designs to ensure quality accuracy and compliance with building codes zoning laws and safety standards Collaborate with clients engineers consultants and contractors throughout all project phases Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery within budget Conduct site visits oversee construction progress and resolve technical issues as needed Mentor junior architects and contribute to team development Coordinate with project managers on scheduling resource allocation and project strategy Ensure sustainability and energy efficiency are integrated into all design solutions Prepare and review project documentation specifications and reports Qualifications Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architecture B Arch M Arch 8-15 years of professional architectural experience Licensed Architect preferred or as required by region Proficiency in architectural software AutoCAD Revit SketchUp Rhino Lumion BIM tools etc Strong understanding of construction methods materials and building codes Exceptional design visualization and presentation skills Excellent communication problem-solving and leadership abilities Key Competencies Creative and strategic thinking Technical expertise and attention to detail Leadership and team management Client relationship management Strong organizational and time-management skills Work Environment Office-based with regular site visits Collaborative multidisciplinary project teams Job Types Full time Permanent Pay Up to 40 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time Work Location In person
