DI Lab Is basically an artist management Company Under this we have three Live Music band So we require a team of Designers who can work on our Social media strategies to post and target organic audience Your videos should be compelling enough to appeal the audience 1 Creative Design Branding Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all band materials Swaraag Swaryug Raagdhaani Design posters event banners flyers and digital creatives for upcoming shows and music launches Create social media posts thumbnails and cover art aligned with each band s mood and genre Collaborate with band management to design logos merchandise and stage backdrops Ensure all visuals reflect the fusion of folk Sufi and contemporary aesthetics unique to each band 2 Reels Video Support Work with the editing team to design video intros lower-thirds and end screens for reels and YouTube uploads Create animated motion graphics or lyric visuals for music teasers and promotional videos Maintain a consistent font and color theme for all visual edits 3 Event Promotion Show Collaterals Design event posters invites artist line-up visuals and other promotional content Create venue-specific backdrops digital screens and LED screen visuals used during live performances Coordinate with photographers videographers for image selection and editing for promotional use Prepare print-ready files for banners passes and standees 4 Social Media Marketing Design Design eye-catching Instagram grids stories and highlight covers Support marketing campaigns with ad creatives for Facebook YouTube and event ticketing platforms Regularly update design templates to stay aligned with current trends reel styles 5120x1080 trends etc Assist in planning visual calendars for upcoming releases or shows 5 Coordination Workflow Work closely with the content editor social media manager and video team Submit daily design reports of completed tasks and pending work Maintain a design archive folder with organized naming and version control Manage timelines ensure design deliverables are ready before each show release Job Type Full time Pay 10 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Education Diploma Preferred Experience Video Editing 1 year Preferred total work 1 year Preferred Video Production 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
