Job Title HR Manager Location Santacruz Mumbai Salary 70 000 - 90 000 per month Experience Required 6-8 Years Work Days 6days Job Overview We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all HR functions including recruitment HR operations employee relations payroll management and compliance The ideal candidate must have 7-8 years of robust HR experience with excellent leadership and problem-solving skills Key Responsibilities 1 Recruitment Talent Management Lead end-to-end recruitment for all departments Manage workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies Conduct interviews for mid to senior-level positions Oversee smooth onboarding induction processes 2 Payroll Management Oversee end-to-end monthly payroll processing Verify attendance leaves overtime and salary inputs Coordinate with finance for salary disbursement Ensure compliance with PF ESIC PT TDS and other statutory deductions Maintain payroll records and resolve salary-related queries 3 HR Operations Maintain employee records documentation and HR MIS Implement and update HR policies and SOPs Manage attendance systems and leave administration Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements 4 Employee Relations Engagement Address employee grievances and maintain a healthy work culture Conduct engagement programs and training initiatives Support managers in performance review discussions 5 Performance Management Drive annual appraisals and goal-setting processes Track employee performance and suggest development plans Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs 6 HR Strategy Leadership Work closely with management on organizational planning Provide HR insights and recommendations for business decisions Lead and mentor the HR team for daily operations Requirements Graduate Post-Graduate in HR or related field 7-8 years of solid HR experience including payroll exposure Strong knowledge of HR operations labor laws and compliance Excellent communication leadership and analytical skills Ability to manage confidential information with integrity Best Regards HR Gunjan Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 70 000 00 - 80 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Required Experience Human resources management 5 years Required Payroll management 5 years Required License Certification Professional in Human Resources Required Work Location In person
