General Manager - TRUE Hospitals Location Gurgaon Start Date 1st November 2025 About the Role TRUE Hospitals is launching a new boutique multi-specialty hospital in Gurgaon with a strong focus on patient-centric care and day-care surgeries We are seeking an experienced General Manager Hospital Operations who will lead the entire hospital operations manage a 30 member staff including doctors and ensure smooth functioning of all departments The GM will be fully accountable for P L ownership patient experience and overall business growth of the hospital Key Responsibilities End-to-end hospital operations management - OPD IPD OT Pharmacy Diagnostics and Support Services Build and deliver an exceptional patient experience across all touchpoints Lead mentor and manage a 30 member hospital team including doctors nursing staff RMOs technicians and support staff Drive business strategy growth and revenue performance in line with hospital goals Manage hospital P L with full accountability including cost control and revenue enhancement Oversee compliance safety protocols and quality standards NABH alignment preferred Develop strong doctor engagement referral systems and partnerships with the local medical ecosystem Ensure efficient resource utilization SOP implementation and technology adoption to streamline hospital operations Must-Have Qualifications Skills 5-10 years of proven experience in hospital operations management multi-specialty or day-care hospital experience preferred Strong understanding of hospital P L unit economics and business performance management Excellent leadership and communication skills to engage with doctors staff and patients Ability to design and execute strategic plans for hospital growth and efficiency Passion for patient-first healthcare delivery with empathy and professionalism Strong organizational skills to handle multi-specialty hospital functions independently What We Offer Opportunity to be a founding leader of a new boutique hospital under the TRUE Hospitals network High ownership role with complete responsibility for hospital operations and P L Exposure to working with leading doctors investors and healthcare innovators Growth opportunities as TRUE Hospitals scales across NCR and India Job Type Full time Pay 800 000 00 - 1 500 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Leave encashment Provident Fund Application Question s What is your current monthly Salary Team size you have managed till date Experience Hospital 4 years Preferred Work Location In person
