We are looking for a proactive and dedicated female HR Admin skilled from Goa to join our team at 32 Keys Spa Resort Hotel in South Goa This role provides an excellent prospect to independently manage HR functions and general administration while ensuring smooth operations and full compliance with labour laws Key Responsibilities Human Resources Management Manage Attendance and Leave systems Handle Payroll Incentives and Promotion management Lead Recruitment Induction and Onboarding processes Conduct Performance Evaluation cycles Ensure strict adherence to statutory Labour Laws compliance requirements Drive Employee Engagement initiatives and welfare activities Oversee compliance under the Shop Establishment Act Administration Office Management Manage incoming and outgoing mail packages and deliveries Oversee office supplies facilities and equipment to ensure smooth operations Coordinate travel arrangements meetings and scheduling Greet and assist visitors and manage phone calls professionally Maintain CRM system and administrative records Requirements Graduate degree MBA in HR preferred 4-5 years of proven experience in HR Administration Strong knowledge of Indian Labour Laws and HR compliance Proficiency in MS Office and HR software databases Excellent organisational and time-management skills Solid communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to independently manage multiple HR admin functions Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 28 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Food provided Ability to commute relocate Goa Goa Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Education Bachelor s Preferred Shift availability Day Shift Preferred Work Location In person Expected Start Date 15 10 2025
