We are looking for a proactive E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels The ideal candidate will oversee website orders marketplace operations Flipkart Amazon Meesho JioMart etc and ensure smooth end-to-end order processing from product listing to customer feedback management Key Responsibilities 1 Online Order Management Handle daily orders from our official website and online marketplaces Flipkart Amazon Meesho JioMart etc Coordinate order processing packaging and dispatch with internal teams Track shipments and ensure timely delivery 2 Product Listing Create and upload product listings with accurate descriptions images and pricing Regularly cross-check stock availability and update inventory across platforms Ensure listing quality and compliance with marketplace standards 3 Stock Inventory Monitoring Monitor daily stock levels and update discrepancies Coordinate with production warehouse team for stock alignment 4 Marketplace Operations Manage seller dashboards on Amazon Flipkart Meesho JioMart etc Handle order approvals returns cancellations and claims Maintain platform performance metrics 5 Customer Support Feedback Respond to customer queries and messages on all platforms Track customer reviews and feedback coordinate resolutions Aim to improve product ratings and overall customer experience 6 Reporting Analysis Maintain daily weekly sales reports Review platform performance trends and suggest improvements Keep track of fast-moving and slow-moving products Job Type Full time Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
