Role Summary The Junior Accountant will support the finance and operations teams in managing critical documentation such as jobwork challans mill issue challans and order form generation The role requires strong organizational skills attention to detail and proficiency in Excel to maintain accurate records and assist in smooth production and accounting workflows Key Responsibilities Create and maintain jobwork challans and mill issue challans accurately and timely Generate order forms as per production and sales requirements Maintain and organize all related documentation for audit and operational use Use Excel extensively for data entry record keeping and reporting related to orders and challans Assist in tracking materials issued to mills and receiving jobwork items Coordinate with production procurement and accounts teams to ensure accuracy of records Support monthly reconciliation and basic accounting tasks as required Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial and operational data Required Skills Qualifications Diploma or degree in Commerce Accounting or related field preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel formulas data entry basic reporting Prior experience or familiarity with accounting documentation in a textile or manufacturing setting is a plus Detail-oriented with good organizational skills Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines Basic knowledge of accounting principles is an advantage Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Application Question s Do you have experience handling jobwork challans mill issue challans or similar accounting documentation Yes No Have you worked in a textile or manufacturing company before Yes No re you comfortable generating and maintaining order forms and other operational documents Yes No Work Location In person
