Advise the management on all aspects of safety both statutory and otherwise Ensure adherence to all national safety codes and regulations stipulated by the BOCW Act Including ISO45001 ISO14001 Implement and enforce comprehensive health and safety policies and procedures for construction sites Conduct physical inspections of work sites to observe conditions and worker practices Carry out detailed risk assessments to identify hazards with risk assessment team With accident Investigate team all accidents and report dangerous occurrences Advise on measures to prevent unsafe physical conditions and unsafe actions by workers Design and conduct training and educational programs for employees and workers on accident prevention Promote a culture of safety among workers and employees through awareness campaigns Ensure workers have and correctly use appropriate personal protective equipment PPE Implement and manage occupational health and wellness programs Prepare reports on health and safety performance issues and statistics Advise the management on all aspects of safety both statutory and otherwise Collaborate with workers and management to foster a stronger safety culture Conduct safety audit to all projects for improvement maintain optimal safety levels Maintain HSE documentation and record keeping at all projects Conducting monthly safety committee meeting at all site maintain record Month safety performance report like Monthly statistics report safety committee meeting safety training motivation programme health camp and mock drill etc share to management Review and update HSE plan HIRA legal register safety committee etc at all projects Safety manager promote a culture of safety awareness responsibility among all employee Ensure all team members are following company policies and discipline at site Continually monitoring and adhering to change in safety regulation legal requirement Ensure that fire and other emergency staff are aware of and drilled in the emergency procedures Qualification ADIS must Job Type Full time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
