Position Subject Matter Expert - Payroll Payroll Associate Experience 4 years - 9 years Location Indore Roles Responsibilities - Provide Support and Expertise in ERP Product Service for Payroll Module Ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable laws regulations and company policies while processing payroll Administer and maintain payroll systems ensure data integrity and implement system upgrades and enhancements Generate payroll reports including tax filings benefits deductions and other required reports ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements Providing exceptional customer service and support Stay updated on payroll regulations Indian tax laws and industry trends implementing necessary changes to ensure compliance and best practices Requirement Relevant professional certification in payroll management such as Certified Payroll Professional CPP Knowledge of multi-state payroll processing and Indian tax regulations including TDS GST and income tax provisions Familiarity with payroll-related aspects of Indian labor laws such as the Employees Provident Fund EPF Act the Employees State Insurance ESI Act and the Qualified Tax Act Challan and Challan Entries Familiarity with HRIS Human Resources Information Systems and time and attendance systems Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices related to payroll Ability to adapt to changing payroll regulations and implement necessary updates Job Type Full time Pay 12 685 27 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
