Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Placement Coordinator to manage student placements and industry partnerships The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills a network of industry contacts and a passion for helping students build successful careers Key Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with companies in aviation other relevant industries Identify job and internship opportunities for students Coordinate campus recruitment drives and placement interviews Guide and prepare students for interviews through training resume reviews and mock sessions Track placement data and maintain reports Requirements Bachelor s or Master s degree in HR Business Social Work or a related field Prior experience in placements is a plus Strong interpersonal and communication skills Job Types Full time Permanent Fresher Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month
