Oversee daily operations of the warehouse ensuring timely receipt storage and dispatch of goods Supervise warehouse staff including assigning tasks training new employees and ensuring adherence to safety procedures Maintain accurate inventory records performing regular stock audits and resolving discrepancies Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the warehouse setting adhering to health and safety regulations Coordinate with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure smooth goods receipt and dispatch Prepare and submit daily weekly and monthly reports on stock levels dispatch schedules and any operational issues Manage the proper handling and storage of goods ensuring minimal damage and losses Track and maintain records of damaged goods returns and stock adjustments Oversee the loading and unloading of goods ensuring compliance with safety standards and minimizing damage to products Implement best practices for warehouse operations aiming for continuous improvement in efficiency and safety Skills Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role Strong knowledge of warehouse operations inventory management and logistics processes Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management Knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to warehouse operations Education Certifications A high school diploma or equivalent is required a bachelor s degree in logistics supply chain management or a related field is preferred Working Conditions Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume environment Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
