Job Title Academic Counselor Location Calicut Kerala Experience 1-3 Years Job Type Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Academic Counselor to join our overseas education consultancy team The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in academic counseling with a strong understanding of international education systems admission procedures and student guidance You will play a key role in advising and assisting students with their applications to colleges and universities abroad Key Responsibilities Counsel students on study options in countries like the USA UK Canada Australia Dubai and Europe Assess students academic background and career aspirations to recommend suitable courses and institutions Guide students through the entire admission process including application documentation and visa requirements Coordinate with universities and institutions to track applications and ensure timely updates Conduct seminars webinars and one-on-one counseling sessions to promote study abroad programs Maintain accurate student records and follow up regularly to ensure progress Stay updated on global education trends scholarship opportunities and admission deadlines Requirements Bachelor s degree or higher in any discipline preferably in Education Counseling or a related field 1 to 3 years of experience in academic or career counseling preferably in the study abroad domain Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of international education systems admission criteria and visa processes Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Prior experience in working with international universities or educational consultants Familiarity with standardized test scores such as IELTS TOEFL GRE GMAT etc Salary Competitive based on experience and qualifications Benefits Performance incentives training opportunities and career growth prospects Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 18 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Commission pay Yearly bonus Language English Preferred Work Location In person
