JOB RESPONSIBILTIES The R D Executive will assist in the formulation testing and development of nutraceutical products This role involves supporting new product development conducting laboratory experiments ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and effective products Key Responsibilities Product Development Formulation Assist in developing formulations for nutraceuticals dietary supplements herbal blends vitamins and minerals Conduct trials lab-scale batches and stability studies Support scale-up activities from lab to production level Research Innovation Conduct literature reviews and market research on new ingredients technologies and product trends Provide inputs for innovation and product improvement Documentation Compliance Prepare and maintain formulation records batch documents and technical reports Ensure compliance with FSSAI AYUSH and other regulatory guidelines Support dossier preparation for product approvals Quality Testing Coordinate with QA QC teams for analytical testing and validation Monitor product quality during trials and resolve technical issues Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with procurement for sourcing new raw materials Provide technical assistance to production and marketing teams Key Skills Competencies Strong understanding of nutraceuticals functional foods and dietary supplements Knowledge of formulation development and lab-scale testing Familiarity with FSSAI and nutraceutical regulatory requirements Analytical thinking attention to detail and problem-solving skills Good communication and teamwork abilities Qualifications Experience Bachelor s Master s in Pharmaceutical Sciences Food Technology Biotechnology or related field 1-3 years of experience in nutraceutical food pharmaceutical R D Freshers with strong academic background may also be considered Interested candidates can share CV at hr enormelifesciences in or 91 - (phone hidden) Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per year Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Paid sick time Work Location In person
