The Senior Travel Consultant is responsible for providing expert travel advice and customized itinerary planning for individual and group travelers This role involves delivering exceptional customer service managing end-to-end travel bookings and contributing to revenue growth through consultative selling The ideal candidate has deep destination knowledge solid supplier networks and a passion for curating memorable travel experiences Key Responsibilities Understand clients travel needs and craft personalized itineraries flights hotels activities transport insurance etc Handle domestic and international travel bookings from inquiry to post-trip follow-up Act as a subject matter expert for complex travel requests luxury travel or niche segments e g honeymoon MICE adventure Manage client relationships to build loyalty and secure repeat business Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global travel trends visa requirements health advisories and destination insights Negotiate rates and packages with vendors hotels and DMCs Coordinate with operations ticketing and finance teams to ensure smooth service delivery Handle complaints or disruptions professionally to ensure customer satisfaction Mentor junior travel consultants and support their growth Achieve and exceed individual sales and profitability targets Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Travel Tourism Hospitality or related field 5 years of experience in travel consulting or tour operations Proven experience in handling customized itineraries and high-value clients Knowledge of major GDS systems Amadeus Sabre Galileo etc preferred Familiarity with booking platforms CRM and travel management tools Skills Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Attention to detail and customer-centric mindset Ability to work independently and handle pressure during peak seasons Passion for travel and a deep understanding of global destinations Preferred Attributes Certification from relevant travel training institutes Multilingual abilities Experience in B2B and B2C travel segments Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person Application Deadline 14 08 2025 Expected Start Date 18 08 2025
