PROJECT MANAGER Key Responsibilities 1 RCC Structural Works Oversee complete RCC works including shuttering reinforcement and concreting for high-rise buildings 20 floors Ensure adherence to structural drawings IS codes safety standards and engineering best practices Coordinate with consultants and design teams for any RCC-related clarifications and approvals Review and approve bar bending schedules BBS concrete mix designs and methodology statements 2 Finishing Works Lead the execution of all civil finishing activities internal external plaster flooring tile fixing marble work paint false ceiling joinery etc Coordinate with MEP facade and architectural teams for seamless finishing execution Implement high-end finishing quality standards suited for premium residential or commercial buildings Manage multiple subcontractors vendors and labor teams for optimal productivity and output 3 Planning Execution Prepare and monitor micro-level work schedules in line with master construction program Manage manpower materials equipment and tools efficiently on-site Track daily progress identify bottlenecks and implement corrective measures Coordinate with procurement for timely delivery of materials as per specification and schedule 4 Quality Safety Compliance Enforce strict adherence to QA QC processes and safety protocols at the site Conduct inspections audits and documentation of all critical site activities Liaise with internal QA QC and EHS teams to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards Address non-conformities and implement preventive and corrective actions 5 Client Consultant Team Coordination Act as the single point of contact for all site-related execution matters Attend review meetings with clients consultants and internal stakeholders Provide regular progress updates and generate reports including DPRs WPRs and MIS documentation Lead and mentor junior engineers and site supervisors to maintain discipline and performance 6 Mivan Aluminium Formwork Technology Manage the execution of Mivan shuttering including panel fixing alignment quality checking and stripping Coordinate with design team for any modifications or clarifications in Mivan layouts and typical floor planning Ensure proper handling stacking and maintenance of Mivan panels at site Train and monitor the site team for effective use of Mivan formwork to achieve speed and quality Qualifications Experience Education B E B Tech in Civil Engineering Mandatory Experience Minimum 10 years in high-rise residential commercial building projects with at least 3 projects completed from excavation to handover Deep understanding of RCC technologies finishing materials project scheduling and site logistics Software Skills MS Project Primavera preferred AutoCAD MS Excel and ERP familiarity Working knowledge of IS codes NBC CPWD specs QA QC documentation Core Competencies Leadership and team management Strong technical decision-making and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and coordination ability Detail-oriented process-driven and safety-conscious Ability to handle high-pressure project environments and tight deadlines We are seeking a highly experienced Site Project Engineer with in-depth expertise in RCC and finishing works for high-rise building construction Job Type Full-time Pay 40 000 00 - 80 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
