Site Intelligence Intern - Construction Research Location Mumbai South Central Western Suburbs and Navi Mumbai Job Type Internship Field-based Reporting To Site Data Administrator from Biltrax Construction Data Role Overview We are looking for motivated field interns currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Civil Engineering Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines to assist in on-ground data capture for construction projects The role requires traveling to various construction sites across Mumbai and collecting critical project information including photographic documentation and consultant details Key Responsibilities Visit construction sites including towers townships villas and commercial buildings in Mumbai Capture explicit and complete images of construction projects from various angles Collect and validate consultant details related to Design Architects Structural Engineering Consultants MEP Facade Interior Consultants Landscape Consultants Any 2 categories per site visit to be covered based on site availability Ensure accurate updates of collected information and share it promptly in designated WhatsApp groups as per format provided Ensure to capture Minimum 10 - Maximum 20 Projects per day Maintain regular coordination with the reporting administrator for assignment planning and progress tracking Eligibility Criteria Currently pursuing studies in Civil Mechanical or related engineering streams Diploma or Degree Good understanding of construction site elements and basic technical consultants involved Should possess a personal two-wheeler and valid driving license Willingness to travel is mandatory Stipend Structure 100 per project for complete and validated data 75 per project for submissions that are adequate but need improvements Disbursement will be made monthly to the intern s bank account based on performance and data quality Other Requirements Must be disciplined and self-driven to complete targets without daily follow-ups Able to work independently in the field and adhere to safety protocols A mobile phone with a good camera and WhatsApp access is essential Work Days Timing Flexible working hours minimum -4 hours max - 8 hours day preferred Interns may choose assignments based on availability and location preference Note This is a field internship opportunity offering real-world exposure to live construction projects and industry consultants Selected candidates will receive a certificate of completion from Biltrax Construction Data upon successful tenure As this is a contractual position Biltrax will not be providing insurance coverage to employees under this engagement We kindly advise you to exercise caution and ensure your personal safety while commuting Travel is at your own risk Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
