and supporting global legal workflows About the Role In this role as a Quality Lead Engineer you will Lead end-to-end test planning automated regression testing and quality initiatives for enterprise-scale legal technology projects Proven experience leading and managing QA team members including providing technical guidance mentorship and performance feedback Collaborate closely with development technical leads software engineers and product managers to deliver robust high-quality products Participate actively in agile ceremonies including daily standups sprint planning and retrospectives Design code debug and maintain sophisticated automated test frameworks and comprehensive test suites Analyze test results report quality deviations and track defect resolution to ensure product reliability Lead a team of QA engineers to drive the design implementation and adoption of automation frameworks establish best practices and continuously elevate the quality standards across projects Maintain QA systems with optimal configurations for broad and effective test coverage Drive adoption of modern testing frameworks and AI-powered automation tools across multiple projects Establish and uphold quality gates and testing standards for concurrent development streams Translate business requirements into actionable test strategies and proactively identify testing gaps and coverage improvements About You You re a fit for the role of Quality Lead Engineer if your background includes 9-10 years of experience in automation and manual testing with a strong focus on leading quality assurance in large-scale projects Advanced programming skills in Java J2EE with a primary emphasis on test automation Hands-on expertise with modern test frameworks Selenium Playwright Cypress WebDriver IO Test Cafe Puppeteer Experience with AI-driven test generation self-healing test automation and intelligent test maintenance Proficiency in API testing REST SOAP and advanced SQL skills Oracle MS SQL NoSQL experience is a plus Strong DevOps skills including Git Jenkins and CI CD pipeline integration Proven track record of working in agile Scrum environments and meeting aggressive project timelines Excellent technical communication leadership and mentoring abilities Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment Additional skills that would be advantageous JUnit TestNG Cucumber BDD performance testing tools JMeter LoadRunner K6 cloud platform testing AWS Azure mobile and visual testing contract testing Pact Spring Cloud
