Required Skills Functional Talent Management Program Management and execution Functional Talent Management Understanding of Talent Programs Functional Talent Management Reporting and data management Education Qualification MBA PG Diploma Details Purpose of the role Lead-Talent Management is an integral part of how we will shape and transform Microland s culture This role will engage drive and lead critical talent management solutions and programs in close partnership with the Business HR function to make a tangible difference to the organization s talent and its culture Roles and Responsibilities Talent Management 1 Implement the talent agenda for each business in partnership with the HR Directors 2 Implement talent management solutions such as talent review succession planning individual development planning 3 Manage and develop a cohort of key leaders with the potential to take on larger roles and lead the company in the future 4 Support the development and mobility of high potential employees at senior and mid-career levels 5 Own and drive the overall integration and onboarding of key leaders in the organization to ensure that they succeed in Microland Performance Management 1 Own and drive the Performance management for the organization including the process enablement and the outcomes 2 Program manage all the performance management process deliverables flawlessly to ensure that the process is a reflection of the organization culture and focus Talent Strategy and Architecture 1 Own and work on the broader proficiency assessment across the organization to build and develop a talent database that would serve the organization in its talent management strategy Change and Transformation 1 Partner with Leader of the function to own specific elements of driving the change process including key cultural attributes manager and leadership expectations Location India - Bengaluru Created On 31-Jan-2024
