Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the biomedical service and maintenance division Lead a team of biomedical engineers and technicians responsible for the installation calibration maintenance and repair of medical equipment Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules in compliance with healthcare standards and manufacturers recommendations Ensure timely resolution of service requests and breakdowns to minimize equipment downtime Maintain service documentation equipment history and compliance records Coordinate with hospitals clinics and other healthcare providers to ensure service excellence Ensure compliance with local and international healthcare equipment standards e g ISO 13485 NABH FDA CE Manage contracts for Annual Maintenance Contracts AMCs and Comprehensive Maintenance Contracts CMCs Monitor inventory and procurement of spare parts tools and test equipment Train and upskill service staff on new technologies and safety protocols Develop service KPIs and prepare periodic performance reports for senior management Support audits safety inspections and quality control initiatives Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Biomedical Engineering Electronics or a related technical field 8-10 years of experience in biomedical equipment service and maintenance with 3 years in a leadership role In-depth knowledge of medical equipment e g ventilators monitors imaging systems laboratory instruments Familiarity with maintenance management systems CMMS and technical documentation Strong leadership team management and conflict resolution skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Working knowledge of regulatory compliance safety standards and quality assurance Preferred Skills Certification in biomedical equipment maintenance or quality systems e g CBET ISO auditor Experience managing field service teams across multiple locations Proficiency in tools like SAP Microsoft Office and service tracking systems Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and service protocols Job Type Full-time Pay 900 000 00 - 1 200 000 85 per year Advantages Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
