We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to manage and maintain the company s IT infrastructure The ideal candidate should have experience in hardware software troubleshooting network management and providing technical support to internal teams Key Responsibilities Install configure and maintain computer systems software and networks Troubleshoot hardware and software issues across desktops laptops and servers Monitor and maintain local area networks LAN internet connectivity printers and other IT assets Ensure data backup antivirus updates and system security Maintain IT inventory and documentation Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related queries Coordinate with vendors for hardware software procurement or repair Requirements Bachelor s degree in IT Computer Science or related field Proven experience in IT support or system administration preferred Solid knowledge of Windows OS MS Office networking and basic server management Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and problem-solving ability Nice to Have Knowledge of cloud services e g Google Workspace Microsoft 365 Basic understanding of cyber security protocols Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Morning shift Work Location In person
