Job Title Pricing Executive - Ocean Freight Forwarding Location CBD Belapur Navi Mumbai Department Pricing Ocean Freight Role Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Pricing Executive - Ocean Freight to join our freight forwarding team in CBD Belapur The role involves preparing competitive ocean freight quotations coordinating with carriers and overseas agents and supporting the sales team with accurate pricing to secure business while ensuring profitability Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain ocean freight rates for FCL LCL shipments Coordinate with shipping lines NVOCCs and overseas agents to obtain the best rates Prepare quotations RFQs and rate sheets for customers and sales teams Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to ensure competitiveness Work closely with the sales team to support business development Track and analyze profit margins to ensure business viability Maintain and update pricing database for quick access and consistency Liaise with operations to ensure smooth execution of booked shipments Requirements Graduate in Commerce International Business Logistics preferred Experience 2-3 years in Ocean Freight Pricing Freight Forwarding mandatory Strong understanding of shipping line rate structures surcharges and market trends Positive negotiation and coordination skills with carriers and overseas agents Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with freight management systems Excellent communication skills written verbal Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 350 000 00 - 450 000 00 per year Work Location In person
