quality assurance processes including testing strategies test cases and performance tuning to ensure the reliability and scalability of Dynamics 365 solutions Customer Engagement Collaborate closely with clients business stakeholders and project sponsors to build strong relationships and ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives Provide regular updates conduct workshops and facilitate decision-making meetings to drive project success Documentation and Training Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including solution architectures technical designs deployment plans and user manuals Provide training and support to end users on Dynamics 365 functionalities and best practices What You Need to Be Successful Over 12 years of overall experience including a minimum of 8 years specifically in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 architecture capabilities and limitations Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are preferred Strong expertise in customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 using Power Platform tools Power Apps Power Automate Power BI Experience with integration technologies and patterns such as RESTful APIs SOAP Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams Demonstrated ability to architect scalable reliable and high-performance solutions that meet complex business requirements Experience working with Agile Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices for continuous integration and delivery Bonus Points if You Have Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related discipline Solid experience working with
