About the Role We are hiring a Business Development Officer for a fast-growing waste management company in Kochi This is a field-sales role where you will visit corporate offices institutions and commercial establishments to promote our waste collection and recycling services and acquire current clients Key Responsibilities Identify and visit potential clients such as offices IT parks clinics restaurants and commercial buildings Present waste management and recycling solutions to key decision-makers Convert prospects into confirmed service contracts and ensure smooth onboarding Build and maintain strong client relationships to support renewals Meet monthly sales and client acquisition targets Maintain proper records of visits leads and sales activities Submit daily weekly sales reports to the team Requirements Minimum 2 years of field sales experience B2B industrial or facility service experience preferred Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English Hindi is an added advantage Willingness to travel across Kochi for sales meetings Target-driven proactive and self-motivated Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence preferred Job Type Full time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Application Question s Current Salary
