with a background in data science and artificial intelligence to join our team As a Product Owner you will play a crucial role in driving the development and success of our innovative products in the life sciences industry You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams stakeholders and clients to ensure the successful delivery of our market-leading solutions Responsibilities Manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on business value customer needs and market trends Define refine and communicate product vision goals and user stories to the development team and stakeholders Collaborate closely with the development team to translate requirements into actionable tasks and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products Conduct market research competitive analysis and gather customer feedback to identify market needs and drive product enhancements Work closely with stakeholders including clients and internal teams to gather requirements address concerns and ensure alignment on product strategy and roadmap Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning daily stand-ups sprint reviews and retrospectives Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related questions issues and updates from stakeholders and clients Maintain a deep understanding of customer personas and workflows market challenges competitors industry regulations and available technology to inform product decision-making Collaborate with the UX UI design team to create intuitive accessible secure innovative and user-friendly product interfaces Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization including technical and non-technical stakeholders Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience as a product owner product manager data scientist data analyst or business analyst Proven experience in managing product backlogs defining user stories and prioritizing features Strong understanding of agile methodologies Scrum Kanban etc and ability to apply agile principles in a rapid-paced development environment Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions Proficient in using project management and collaboration tools e g JIRA Confluence Lucid Figma Monday to manage product development processes Preferred Background in data science and artificial intelligence technologies within the life sciences pharmaceutical biotech or healthcare industry Experience using SQL or other data access tools to enable self-discovery of data Experience working with diverse stakeholders including
