Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Event Planner to join our team in Vallarpadam The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning coordinating and executing events while maintaining solid client relationships and ensuring seamless end-to-end delivery Key Responsibilities Plan organize and execute events as per client requirements Coordinate with clients vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth execution Maintain strong and professional client relationships Handle event-related communications updates and follow-ups Prepare event timelines schedules and coordination plans Oversee event logistics from start to finish Ensure high-quality event delivery within timelines Mandatory Requirements Excellent communication skills in English Strong client coordination and relationship management skills Proven experience in event planning event coordination and event execution Ability to multitask and work under pressure Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Qualification Experience Minimum 1-3 years of experience in event management or related roles Degree in Event Management Marketing Communication or related field preferred but not mandatory Other Details Location Vallarpadam Kochi Working Hours 10 AM - 7 PM Immediate joiners encouraged to apply Job Type Full-time Pay 18 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Experience Event planning 1 year Required Language English Required Willingness to travel 50 Required
