training calendars invitations attendance and Saba inputs Supporting the delivery of People Security CKH team Tutor Led sessions by booking rooms organising local initiatives and collecting and analysing feedback Supporting the successful delivery of People Security CKH training through effective monthly updates and monitoring of learning progressions and providing league tables summaries Supporting Cyber Knowledge Hub Team in data governance and reporting providing insides on tutor led sessions for Cyber Skills Development Forum Supports data gathering and analytics for Cyber Skills Assessment tool Administrative support for Cyber Bytes Tech talks and Saba learning hours submission RESPONSIBILITIES Data management and analysis Support all data and admin-related activities for Cyber Knowledge Hub Design and develop the dashboard for quarterly reporting on tutor led sessions Support creation of data automation and learning process simplifications Collaborate with data owners to analyze data and define criteria for reporting and automation Document and implement process improvements for CKH administration Manage SABA Learning Hours Process Support the People Security team in performing monthly uploads Maintain and update the learning hours tracker Extract and analyze key data to generate insights Track completions of Tutor Led Trainings Data collection mgmt Data analysis Reporting visualisation Governance prepare and circulate reports on Tutor Led sessions delivery Monitor track key performance measures for Tutor Led sessions Support risk compliance activities with appropriate data requests Regulatory Business Conduct Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group s Values and Code of Conduct Take personal responsibility for embedding the
