Job Role Key Responsibilities Site Monitoring Supervision o Supervise daily construction work o Coordinate with contractors workers and site engineers for smooth workflow o Ensure proper utilization of manpower materials and machinery Quality Control o Check workmanship and ensure compliance with approved drawings BOQ and specifications o Inspect materials delivered to site and report any quality issues Progress Tracking o Maintain daily site reports measurement books MB and documentation o Update project manager engineer on work progress and any delays Safety Compliance o Implement site safety protocols and ensure workers follow safety guidelines o Identify potential hazards and take corrective action immediately Material Management o Monitor material stock levels and raise requisitions in advance o Verify and record material receipts and consumption Coordination o Assist in resolving technical and site-related issues promptly Work Planning o Plan daily and weekly activities based on priority and project schedule o Ensure required tools and machinery are available at the right time Documentation o Prepare daily weekly and monthly reports as required o Maintain records for work completion labour attendance and material usage Key Skills 1 Technical Skills 2 Supervisory Management Skills 3 Reporting Documentation 4 Communication Skills 5 Problem-Solving Skills 6 Safety Awareness 7 Time Management Mandatory Qualification ITI Diploma
