About the Role We are looking for a skilled Performance Marketer who can independently manage and optimize advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in lead generation follower growth and performance-driven campaigns especially for real estate clients and the Dubai market Key Responsibilities Plan set up and manage ad campaigns on Google Ads Search Display YouTube and Meta Ads Facebook Instagram Run Lead Generation Traffic Conversion and Follower Growth campaigns Optimize campaigns daily to achieve better CPL CTR ROAS and overall performance Conduct keyword research audience segmentation and ad creative testing Track and analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics Ads Manager and other tools Generate weekly monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations Stay updated on ad platform policies optimization techniques and market trends especially Dubai real estate Coordinate with creative and strategy teams to ensure high-performing content Required Skills Experience Proven experience managing Google Meta ad campaigns Strong understanding of lead generation funnels and performance marketing metrics Experience working with real estate campaigns Dubai market experience is a major plus Expertise in audience targeting remarketing and conversion optimization Strong analytical skills with knowledge of tools like GA4 Tag Manager Data Studio etc Ability to create strategies to increase followers organically via paid promotions Ability to work independently with strong ownership and accountability Preferred Qualifications Experience in the Dubai or GCC region Knowledge of landing page optimization basic Google Ads Meta Blueprint certifications optional but preferred Immediate joiners will be given priority Min 3 years of experience Job Type Full time Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location Remote
