knowledge of JIRA is an added advantage 8 Assist development team to troubleshoot issues 9 Plan regression and conduct post-release post-implementation testing 10 Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle 11 Show flexibility and understanding to occasionally work within tight deadlines 12 Ensure successful production implementation with complete ownership of project 13 Ensure customer success including delivering fixes patches as needed 14 Ability to learn automation tools as part of the work and implement automation during the course of project as demanded Mandatory Skills 1 4 -
