We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing individual to join our team as a Mother Teacher In this unique role you will be responsible for providing young learners with a loving and supportive environment where they can develop fundamental skills and a sense of security As a Mother Teacher your primary role is to create a warm and engaging atmosphere that encourages the physical emotional and cognitive growth of our students Key Responsibilities Establish and maintain a secure nurturing and stimulating classroom environment Foster emotional well-being and a sense of trust in young learners Provide hands-on care and support including feeding diapering and comforting Engage children in age-appropriate activities such as storytelling play and art Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure the continuity of care at home and school Monitor and record children s development and report any concerns to the appropriate authorities Adhere to health and safety guidelines ensuring a secure environment for all children Maintain cleanliness and organization in the classroom
