Job Summary The Accounts Head will lead the company s complete finance and accounting function ensuring accuracy in books strong internal controls and full compliance with taxation laws The role requires an expert who can manage accounting operations oversee GST TDS statutory filings guide the team and support management with financial insights Key Responsibilities Oversee all accounting operations including AP AR general ledger bank reconciliation and monthly closing Ensure accurate filing and compliance for GST TDS Income Tax PF ESI and other statutory requirements Review and finalize financial statements MIS reports cash flow and budgeting Manage vendor payments client billing and ensure proper documentation Implement strong internal controls accounting policies and process improvements Lead and mentor the accounts team ensuring accuracy and timely completion of tasks Coordinate with statutory internal and tax auditors for smooth audit processes Provide financial analysis cost control recommendations and support management decisions Ensure data confidentiality financial discipline and adherence to company policies Requirements Bachelor s Master s degree in Commerce Accounting or Finance 7-10 years of experience with strong knowledge of both accounting and taxation Expertise in GST returns TDS returns ledger management reconciliation and audits Hands-on experience with Tally ERP and financial reporting Strong analytical leadership and communication skills Ability to manage deadlines multitask and ensure compliance accuracy Job Type Full time Pay 8 922 32 - 46 812 58 per month Work Location In person
