Sonipat We are looking for a qualified and experienced Project Manager MEP to oversee all Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing activities for our high-rise residential and commercial real estate projects Key Responsibilities Plan execute and manage MEP works in large-scale multi-storied residential commercial complexes Coordinate and supervise all on-site MEP activities to ensure quality and compliance with design specifications and timelines Collaborate with architects consultants contractors and other internal teams Review and interpret MEP drawings BOQs and technical specifications Monitor project progress budgets and timelines ensure timely resolution of issues Ensure compliance with all statutory and safety regulations Manage and oversee installation testing commissioning and handover of all MEP systems Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports Control quality cost and timely delivery of MEP services Requirements Degree Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Minimum 710 years of relevant experience in real estate or construction companies Proven track record in managing MEP works of multi-storied commercial and residential buildings Solid knowledge of MEP codes standards and industry best practices Good communication leadership and team coordination skills Proficient in MS Office AutoCAD and project scheduling tools Capital Placement Services (phone hidden) Experience 7 - 12 Years Salary 4 Lac To 6 Lac P A Industry IT Software - Application Programming Maintenance Qualification B Tech Key Skills MEP Project Manager Real Estate Construction
