We are hiring an Inside Sales Executive to manage student inquiries guide prospective learners and support the enrollment process for our EdTech programs This is a fully office-based role focused on lead handling tele-counseling explaining program details and converting inquiries into admissions Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls to connect with prospective students Provide clear information about courses learning formats and program advantages Conduct tele-counseling sessions to help students choose the right program Manage inquiries received through calls emails WhatsApp and online platforms Maintain consistent follow-ups to ensure timely conversions Record lead details communication history and status updates in the CRM Share program brochures fee structures and related documents when needed Coordinate with admissions and marketing teams for smooth onboarding Prepare daily and weekly reports on leads calls and conversions Requirements Bachelor s degree in any discipline mandatory 0-3 years of experience in inside sales counseling or business development Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam Good listening skills and a student-friendly counseling approach Comfortable handling calls and virtual interactions Organized proactive and consistent in follow-ups Knowledge of CRM tools MS Excel and digital communication platforms is an advantage Willingness to work Monday to Saturday Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Application Question s Current Salary Work Location In person
