Job role Housekeeping Supervisor Duration Full time Department Operations The housekeeping supervisor is responsible for maintaining guest rooms and public areas of a lodging property working with other staff and ensuring thorough training in cleaning techniques Speed and efficiency are crucial as is the ability to supervise unskilled staff The supervisor also manages an extensive inventory of linens soap guest amenities furniture Interdepartmental cooperation and communication with the front desk and maintenance department Job Responsibilities Schedule the entire team s day to complete planned tasks in a timely manner Ensure cleanliness standards regular deep as per the company s prescribed SOPs Monitor team s performance and ensure regular training and upskilling Regular audit checks of all the spaces in the hotel hostel to ensure SOPs are followed Report R M related issues to the GM in a timely manner Ensure laundry Inventory toiletries etc supplies are well managed raise requisition to GM as and when required Coordinate with departmental H O D s for smooth overall functioning as and when required Ensure compliance with safety health garbage disposal and sanitation policies Prepare daily reports Requirements and Skills Educational background Diploma in Hospitality Graduate Extensive operational knowledge of Hotel Operations Work Exp 3 Years of Experience Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Advantages Food provided Health insurance Life insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Application Question s What is your current CTC What is your notice period Location Jaipur city Rajasthan Preferred Work Location In person
