Work Location KOCHI M -TRANS DIGITAL PRIVATE LTD The Installation Service Engineer will be responsible for installing configuring and servicing company products at client locations The role involves technical support maintenance and ensuring customer satisfaction Key Responsibilities Install and configure equipment products at customer sites Perform routine maintenance repair and servicing Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solution Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers Coordinate with the internal team for material requirements and technical guidance Educate customers on product usage and basic troubleshooting Follow company safety guidelines and maintain service tools equipment Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and service calls Required Skills Qualifications Diploma ITI B Tech in Electronics or Electrical 0-3 years of experience in installation servicing freshers can also apply Basic knowledge of electrical electronic systems wiring and tools Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues Willingness to travel to customer locations Positive communication and customer-handling skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay From 15 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Paid time off
