About the Role We are looking for skilled Product Development Engineers who can take products from concept to production This role involves designing components developing prototypes validating performance and coordinating with manufacturing and testing teams to successfully launch new products Key Responsibilities Design and develop new products from initial concept to final release Create 3D models engineering drawings and detailed specifications using CAD software Develop and evaluate prototypes ensuring manufacturability and cost-effectiveness Coordinate testing and validation processes including mechanical environmental and performance testing Work with third-party labs for certifications and compliance testing Collaborate with tooling production quality and supply chain teams to establish process parameters and quality standards Improve existing products through design optimization and cost reduction initiatives Conduct competitive benchmarking and product analysis Prepare technical documentation including drawings test reports and product manuals Manage multiple development projects and deliver within defined timelines Required Skills Experience Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering or a related field 3-8 years of experience in product design development and testing Strong CAD proficiency SolidWorks or similar Good understanding of manufacturing processes such as machining casting forging stamping or molding Experience in testing and working with external certification testing labs Knowledge of materials tolerances and engineering calculations Strong analytical communication and project management skills Familiarity with DFM DFA principles Preferred Qualifications Prior experience working in a product-based manufacturing company Exposure to international markets or global certification standards Experience with PLM ERP or engineering change systems Job Type Full time Pay 50 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Work Location In person
