direction Mentor and coach team members providing feedback and guidance Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture Collaborate with adjacent Growth Purpose teams to share knowledge and coordinate across industry applicable topics e g Sensing Analytics Research Insights Individual Contributor Oversee large complex projects programs to drive operational excellence and informed decision-making Monitor major project milestones and deliverables adjusting plans as needed Ensure team compliance productivity and efficiency meet firm and industry-specific standards Guide others in developing hypotheses performing root cause analyses and creating actionable recommendations Provide strategic oversight for event planning and logistics reviewing objectives and outcomes and ensuring alignment with overall industry strategy Lead sector activations and industry community initiatives by reviewing and approving communications and documentation ensuring strategic alignment and quality across the team Steer sector strategy development by setting direction reviewing analyses of market trends competitors and emerging opportunities Qualifications and Expectations Master s degree in business economics analytics or related field 10 years of relevant experience in analytics consulting or industry support including experience leading industry or sector teams Proven track record of leading successful teams and driving strategic initiatives Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills Champions a culture of innovation collaboration and accountability Manages complex projects and drives change across the organization Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of applications and common AI tools Copilot Chat GPT Excellent verbal and written communication skills in
