Job Responsibility 1 Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products 2 Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay 3 Determine manpower equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand 4 Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations 5 Schedule shift according to production needs 6 Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget 7 Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption 8 Obtain output information number of finished products percentage of defectives etc 9 Prepare and submit status and performance reports 10 Keep paperwork organized 11 Collaborate with quality control warehouse and other staff 12 Comply with rules and regulations related to work Other tasks that are legally assigned by the supervisor Qualification 1 Candidate should have completed Bachelor s Degree in related field 2 3 years of Production Supervisor experience Skills 1 Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles 2 Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems 3 Good knowledge on ISO 9001 2015 4 Proven experience as production planner 5 Good at math and statistics 6 Robust organizational and problem-solving skills Excellent communication abilities Ability 1 Thorough personality 2 Honesty mindset 3 Have positive communication skills and able to work under pressure circumstances 4 Able to work as team 5 Have leadership personality Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Leave encashment Provident Fund Language Hindi Preferred English Preferred Gujarati Preferred Work Location In person
