Role and Responsibilities Design visually engaging eLearning course graphics including layouts templates icons and illustrations aligned with instructional content Create UI designs and interactive elements that enhance learner engagement and understanding Collaborate with Instructional Designers SMEs and Developers to transform learning concepts into effective visual solutions Develop graphics infographics and animations for online training modules simulations and assessments Ensure that all visual elements follow eLearning standards SCORM AICC xAPI and accessibility guidelines Adapt designs for responsive learning content desktop tablet mobile Maintain brand consistency across all eLearning deliverables Stay updated on eLearning design trends tools and technologies to continuously improve course aesthetics and usability Eligibility Bachelor s degree Diploma in Graphic Design Fine Arts or a related field Experience required 2 Years Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop Illustrator InDesign CorelDRAW Figma or similar tools Solid portfolio showcasing creative design work across different mediums Excellent sense of typography color theory and layout design Ability to take feedback constructively and adapt designs accordingly Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset Job Type Full-time Pay 8 000 00 - 12 000 00 per month Work Location In person
